Almost everyone is familiar with a chimpanzee and that is why the zookeepers here chose this animal to be a part of the zoo. The plan is to create a better ex situ environment for these animals because their life is essential to humans.  Chimps are important to humans because humans are so closely related to them that we use them to trace our ancestry and also for biological development.

        This animal represents the wildlife conservation theories and the zookeepers here plan to with hold and pass on these beliefs to the public.
