 The
NC Wesleyan Alumni Association of Sigma Pi Fraternity,
International was officially chartered at the opening business session
of Sigma Pi's bi-annual convocation on Thursday August 6, 1998. The
convocation was held at the Hyatt Regency Westshore in Tampa, FL,
August 5 - 9, 1998. Present to receive the charter from the Grand
Chapter were Scott Cuviello, William McGee, Howard Miles, and Ric
Ray who are also founding fathers of the association.
As our fraternity will celebrate its 108th anniversary and Zeta-Sigma Chapter
would celebrate its 18th founders day as a chapter, we should
remember all the brothers who have come before us and look to the brothers
who have come after us. Our brotherhood however we have experienced it, has
given us the ability to live in such a diverse culture. It should be our
goal as brothers and as a chapter to reconnect with those who came before us
and those who came after us, to connect with the undergraduates of our
chapter. |
